Share the news and take advantage of Florida’s Freedom Month Sales Tax Holiday Savings by opting in to Prepay Operating Dues from July 1- December 2024. Additionally, as a current member you can upgrade your category and save.
Any payments made in the month of July for private and membership clubs providing physical fitness facilities are not subject to sales tax. You will see billing for your July dues on your June 30th statement will not have the usual 7.5% sales tax applied.
The payment must be made and received by the Club and deposited in the bank in the month of July, no exceptions.
Here is a quick reference to the amount that would be due if you elect to prepay your June – December 2024 dues in full through the end of this year:
